Young Naturalists

Aged 13-17 and love wildlife? Young Naturalists is a monthly meet-up at Blashford Lakes Nature Reserve, for anyone with an interest in the natural world. If you want to get outdoors, gain practical skills, and help protect our wonderful wildlife, then we’d love to meet you.

At our meet-ups, you’ll learn how to identify different species, manage a range of habitats, and get hands on with bushcraft skills. You’ll also hear talks from local wildlife experts and find out what it’s like to work in conservation. As we share our interests, you'll have the chance to try out and develop other skills like wildlife photography.

So if you're looking to learn new things, meet new people, and have a bit of an adventure, why not come along and see what you discover?
