We need volunteers to help restore wetland habitats across the east Yar on the Isle of Wight (between Sandown and Langbridge, as well as sites on Blackbridge Brook and Wroxall stream).

You will need to be enthusiastic, physically fit and available to volunteer weekdays between 10am-3pm. There will also be some monthly weekend sessions.

As a volunteer you would learn new skills, meet new people, keep fit and see some amazing new places. You’ll be helping to protect vulnerable wildlife, right on your doorstep.

This is part of the Heritage Lottery Fund supported Down to the Coast project.
