Location: Beechcroft House, Botley (HIWWT HQ)
Times, Days, and Frequency: One day a week Monday, Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday
Purpose of Role: Provide essential administrative support to the Membership and Fundraising Teams, ensuring the Trust can continue to recruit, retain and acknowledge as many members and supporters as possible, securing vital income for local wildlife and wild places.
Tasks involved in this role:
- Make up Membership Welcome Packs for new members.
- Stock-take of membership materials.
- Stuffing of packs / envelopes for supporter correspondence.
- Scanning and filing of supporter documents.
- Admin support processing donations for large Appeals.
Skills and abilities needed:
- Physically able to move and sort membership materials and boxes.
- Happy to work in an office environment.
- Ability to use the office scanner and computer system (training will be given).
- Good organisational skills.
Specific considerations: GDPR Training will be provided.
