Why are you introducing a volunteer platform?
We're introducing Assemble to make volunteering with the Trust easier and more flexible. It brings everything together in one place, allowing you to find and book opportunities, sign up for training and events, update your details, and access useful information whenever you need it. We hope it will make it easier for you to manage your volunteering and stay connected with us.
What if I'm not confident using online systems?
Don't worry. We understand that volunteers have different levels of confidence and experience with technology. The portal has been designed to be straightforward to use, and support is available if you need help getting started, accessing your account, or finding your way around the system. If you need assistance, please contact the Volunteering Team at volunteering@hiwwt.org.uk and we'll be happy to help.
How do I access?
Click the button above to access. You'll be taken to Assemble, our secure volunteer management platform.
I've forgotten my password. What should I do?
Select "Forgot Password" on the portal login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
How do I update my details?
Once logged in, visit your profile to update your contact information, emergency contacts, availability, and volunteering preferences.
How do I book a volunteering opportunity?
Browse the available opportunities in the portal and select the activity you'd like to join. You'll receive confirmation once your booking has been processed.
