Incident at Swanwick Lakes

We are extremely saddened that there was a serious incident involving a two year old child at Swanwick Lake Nature Reserve yesterday. We are cooperating fully with the investigating authorities.

Swanwick Lake Nature Reserve and Education Centre is an oasis for nature in an otherwise urban area, and a popular location where families enjoy wildlife.

The police are appealing for anyone who was near Swanwick Lakes Nature Reserve off Sopwith Way between 19.45 to 20:30 yesterday to get in touch on 101 quoting 44210210811.
