About the event

Join us for a guided walk along a hidden stretch of chalk stream that meanders through a valley floodplain. This peaceful private fishing beat is only lightly managed, and is a great place to spot insects, birds, and the iconic brown trout.

This event is part of Open Chalk Streams, a project within the Watercress and Winterbournes Landscape Partnership Scheme. We're protecting, enhancing, and celebrating the Rivers Test and Itchen headwaters - learn more.
