Join us as we celebrate Andover's Four Fun Fridays! Get a close look at the Upper Anton's wildlife with our water trays - can you spot insects, snails, or even fish? You can even take a bit of the wild home by making your own origami frog.
This event is part of Open Chalk Streams, a project within the Watercress and Winterbournes Landscape Partnership Scheme. We're protecting, enhancing, and celebrating the Rivers Test and Itchen headwaters - learn more.
No booking is required for this event, but our activity group numbers will be limited to ensure everyone's safety. If the group is at capacity when you arrive, there are benches in the park should you wish to wait.
Age range: All ages (under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian).
Accessibility: Suitable for all abilities, including those with limited mobility and wheelchair users.
Meeting point: In front of the Town Mills pub. Use what3words code darker.shirts.look.
Car parking: Public car park behind the Town Mills pub or the nearby Chantry Centre car park.
Other information: There is limited shade on site, so a sun hat and water are recommended. No toilets are available, but public toilets can be found nearby in Andover.
