Chewton Glen Raises Over £3,000 for Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust

Chewton Glen Hotel have raised an incredible £3,090.96 for Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust.

As part of their commitment to giving back to the local community and protect its environment, Chewton Glen proudly chose us as one of their charity of the year partners for 2024.

Throughout the year, they hosted a variety of fundraising events and activities, engaging both staff and guests in supporting local wildlife conservation.

Spanning over 130 acres, Chewton Glen prides itself on being a haven for not only guests, but also biodiversity. The hotel maintains 70 beehives, supports 500 fruit trees, and has installed approximately 180 bird boxes to foster local wildlife.

Gardening practices emphasise organic methods, such as no-dig techniques and natural pest control, to preserve soil health and support pollinators. Their dedication reflects a deep understanding of the importance of protecting and restoring nature on their doorstep.

We’re incredibly grateful for Chewton Glen’s support and proud to work with an organisation that shares our passion for local sustainability. Together, we’re helping to make the region a better place for wildlife and people alike.
