30 Days Wild - Take the challenge to do something wild!

This June, can you do something wild every day for a month?

Some campaigns ask you for money. Others ask you to bake, grow a moustache or give up things that are bad for you. All we want is for you to give yourself something – a little time with nature. Time and again science shows that making room for a daily dose of nature does wonders for us. Even just 20 minutes outdoors is enough to improve your physical and mental wellbeing.

So why not take the 30 Days Wild challenge – and do something a little wild every day for the month of June? When you sign up we’ll even send you an e-pack full of ideas and a wallchart to track your progress. You’ll also receive regular blasts of encouragement straight to your inbox, to help you with your challenge.
