We are delighted to announce that Eco Drift Limited have become funding partners of Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust for 2024. Based at Lakeside North Harbour near Portsmouth, Eco Drift's donation will be spread across both our seagrass project work in the Solent, and our chalk-stream protection and restoration work in Hampshire.

Eco Drift have been in the corporate cleaning business since 2011, and always strived to deliver a fantastic service, through a green and sustainable approach. Their key mission is to bring sustainable commercial cleaning to the forefront of facilities management. They aim to do this by continuing to innovate new cleaning methods and products, whilst adopting better environmental practices.

Having become aware of 1% for the planet, a platform where companies can donate a portion of their profits to environmental charities, Eco Drift wanted to learn more about the ways in which they could support the work of Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust.

Antoni Dimitrov, Director of Eco Drift Limited, is a passionate environmentalist and wanted to align Eco Drift’s sustainability goals with the work of the Trust. His commitment to the protection of our environment and his enthusiasm to get involved and volunteer with some of the practical work has been really inspiring:

“We are thrilled to announce that Eco Drift will support the Trust’s seagrass and chalk stream work. The more we learned about the projects, the clearer it became that we had to be more hands on and add further support. We are delighted to have become Marine Champions, advocating environmental conservation, and contributing to the protection of biodiversity in the Solent and our rivers.”

It is always great to be able to welcome new partners to work alongside our projects, helping us to continue our significant work. Funding partners like Eco Drift, are invaluable to our mission to protect wildlife and wild places across Hampshire, the Island and our local seas. As a charity our work is only made possible through the generosity of the individuals and organisations that support us.
