* Family membership includes membership of Wildlife Watch, the junior branch of the Wildlife Trusts for children up to 15 years of age. All members of Watch get Watch magazine and local newsletters four times a year.
** Students, registered unemployed and pensioners whose main source of income is the state pension.

How do I update my name, address, email or phone number for my membership subscription?
Please contact the Membership Team directly on 01489 774408 or email membership@hiwwt.org.uk with your old / current and new details.
When is the Wild Life magazine issued?
Adult members receive the Wild Life magazine 3 times a year in March, July and November.
Junior members receive the Watch magazine 4 times a year in March, June, September and December (to cut down on paper waste, these are limited to one per household).
When will I receive my new membership card?
New membership cards will be sent to members in Spring each year.

Can I change the date my Direct Debit is collected?
Unfortunately we are only able to process one Direct Debit collection each month. All membership subscriptions are collected on the last working day of the month. You’re able to change your payment method to an annual card or cheque payment if you would prefer.
I want to change the bank account my subscription is taken from, how do I do this?
Some banks will transfer existing Direct Debit instructions if you are moving accounts; if this is the case your bank will notify us to change the details we hold for you. If your bank cannot offer this service, please contact us and we can take your details over the telephone or via email.

I want to write a cheque to you, who should I make it payable to?
Please make cheques payable to “Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust”. The bank is strict in the wording of our charity, and we will unfortunately be required to return cheques that are not made out correctly.
Can I change my payment amount, payment method or membership type?
