Silver-Spotted Skipper and Other Butterflies
A sparse population of Silver-spotted Skipper butterflies exists on Perham Ranges and we hope to spot some of them during this visit to an interesting downland area. If the weather is poor we shall focus on the attractive flowers and scenery instead. Turn into Benin Road beside the nursery school in Perham Down camp on the Weyhill to Tidworth Road, after 400m turn left by a brick hut. Park by sheds at end of tarmac 250m further on (Map ref.
